An antibody for detection of microorganisms, a method of detection of microorganisms, and a reagent kit for detection of microorganisms, which is species specific for every species of microorganisms and with which all serotypes within the same species can be detected, are provided. Antibody to intracellular molecules with the same function in each type of microorganism, particularly antibody to ribosomal protein, that is, ribosomal protein L7/L12, is made and antibody that reacts specifically with the microorganism in question is selected. |
