A process for producing a homogeneous nucleic-acid-containing composite preparation of good quality which is capable of sterilization by filtration and is characterized by containing no coarse particles having a size of 7 µm or larger, which are regarded as unsafe for the human body. The process for producing the preparation, containing a composite of a cationic carrier with a nucleic acid polymer, is characterized in that two single-stranded nucleic acid polymers capable of at least partly forming a double-stranded state are separately added, each in the single-stranded state, to either a cationic carrier or a material from which the cationic carrier is to be formed, and all these ingredients are subjected to a dispersing treatment. |
