abstract | An iontophoresis device suitably applied for effective utilization of drug held by a drug carrier. A backing layer (4) is provided with a donor electrode printed portion (6) and a reference electrode printed portion (7). A peripheral portion is provided with an adhesive film (3) for fixing a pharmaceutical to an intended portion. The electrode printed portions (6, 7) are connected to a current sending portion (Ia) through a conductive snap connector (Id). A donor electrode side conductive layer (11) disposed on the side of the donor electrode printed portion (6) is removably attached with a drug carrier (14). The drug carrier (14) is given a drug diffusion prevention treatment (30). |
