Organic electroluminescence device and method of its manufacture |
abstract |
An organic electroluminescence device the emission luminance of which does not diminish even after long-time drive, and which is durable and practical and is preferably used for, e.g., a display of information equipment. An organic electroluminescence device has a pair of electrodes, i.e., an anode and a cathode, and organic compound layers which include at least an organic light-emitting layer and which are sandwiched between the paired electrodes. The strength of the main peak of the spectrum determined by mass spectrometry of at least one layer of the organic compound layers and the strengths of the sub-peaks meet a specific relationship. A method for manufacturing such a device and an organic EL film are also disclosed. |
