Oligosaccharide derivatives which have higher homogeneity and more excellent antiulcerous effects than those of fucose and rhamnose polysaccharides and are represented by the following general formula: Y-OCH(CH2NHR)2 wherein Y represents an oligofucose or oligorhamnose having a degree of polymerization of 2 to 20 in which part of the hydroxy groups may have been sulfated; R represents phenyl, higher alkylphenyl, higher alkyl, or -(CH2)n-NHX, where n is an integer of 1 to 10; and X represents higher alkanoyl or alkylamino. |
