The invention relates to a method for producing stable acetylsalicylic acid solutions with non-aqueous pharmaceutically acceptable organic solvents such as dimethylisosorbide, propylene glycol or diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, wherein 0.005 - 2 wt. % of a cyclic acidic imide and/or 0.005 - 2 wt. % of a sulphamic acid and preferably 1 - 40 wt. %, in relation to the weight of the solution, of a compound of general formula (I) is added to the solution. In said general formula, R1 stands for H, CH3 or C2H5, n = 0 or 1 and R2 is H or one or more low alkyl, low alkyloxy or low alkenyl radicals with 1 to 5 C atoms. |
