abstract | TOPICAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING A TYPE GELLING AGENT SULPHONATED POLYESTER AND A CATIONIC STRUCTURING AGENT The invention relates to a composition for topical application comprising a phase aqueous, a hydrophilic gelling agent of the sulfonated polyester type and an agent of cationic structure chosen from monovalent, multivalent cations, the polycations and their associations, this polyester being a copolyester oligomer water-soluble or water-dispersible terephthalic of molecular mass, by weight, less than 20,000 and mainly comprising repeating patterns dicarboxylates of formula (I): [-CO-A-CO-O- (CH2-CH2O) n-) (I) in which - A represents a 1,4-phenylene, sulfo-1,3-phenylene group and eventually 1,3-phenylene, -n goes from 1 to 4, - at least 35 mol% of said units of formula (I) being units for which A represents a 1,4-phenylene group and n is equal to 1, - at least 7 mol% of said units of formula (I) being units for which A represents a sulfo-1,3-phenylene group, - and possibly up to 20% by mole, preferably up to 0.5% to 5% in mole of units of formula (I) for which A represents a 1,3-phenylene group. This composition can be a lipstick, a foundation, a product concealer, a deodorant or sun protection product with non-transfer properties. |
