titleOfInvention Method for producing cellulose fibres
abstract The invention relates to a method for producing cellulose fibres of the lyocell type by processing a spinnable solution of cellulose in an aqueous tertiary amino oxide, by the dry/wet spinning method. The inventive method is characterized in that the solution used for spinning has between 0.05 and 0.70 % volume cellulose, in relation to the volume of the solution, with a molecular weight of at least 5x105. In this method, a spinneret can be used with over 10,000 spinning holes. These are so arranged that adjacent spinning holes are at most 3mm apart from each other, and that the linear density of the spinning holes is at least 20.
