The subject of this invention is a synthetic polysaccharide comprising an antithrombin III binding domain, such as shown below, consisting of a sequence of five monosaccharides carrying a total of two acid functions carboxylic and at least four sulfo groups, this domain being linked directly to its non-reducing end by a thrombin binding domain comprising a sequence of 10 to 25 selected monosaccharide units among hexoses, pentoses or deoxy sugars of which all hydroxyl groups are etherified by a group (C1-C6) alkyl or esterified in the form of sulfo groups as well as its salts, in particular pharmaceutically acceptable. |
