titleOfInvention Organic waste processing method and plant, and uses of said method
abstract The present invention relates to a circuit processing method open organic waste, to a clean installation to allow the implementation of this method as well as the applications of said process. This treatment method is characterized in that it includes the following steps: a) waste collection; b) the introduction of waste without prior sterilization in a first reactor; (c) the degradation of the waste in said first reactor by mesophilic or thermophilic anaerobic bacteria; d) the collection liquid effluent resulting from said degradation and its transfer into a second reactor containing heterotrophic bacteria or photoheterotrophs; (e) the production by heterotrophic bacteria or photoheterotrophs of an edible biomass constituted by said bacteria; (f) the collection of the biomass thus produced and its conditioning. It finds particular application in the recycling of waste of animal origin of slurry or liquid type or sludge from water purification.
