titleOfInvention Compounds with isocyanate groups and masked groups reactive in relation to isocyanates
abstract Compounds with isocyanate groups and masked groups reactive in relation to isocyanates, of the formula (I), in which R1, R2, R3, X and Y have the following meaning: R1, R2 are hydrogen, C1- to C10-alkyl, C6- to C10-aryl, C7- to C10-alkyl or R1 and R2 form together C3- to C10-alkane diyl; X, Y are -O-, -S-, (a), in which R4 is hydrogen, a C1- to C20-alkyl group which is optionally interrupted by oxygen atoms in the ether function, a C6 to C10-aryl group or a C7- to C10-aralkyl group; R3 is a C1- to C10-alkane diyl group which forms a 4 to 7-membered ring along with the unit -X-CR1R2-Y-, in which either in the unit R3 one of the hydrogen atoms or in the unit (b), the radical R4 is replaced by an allophanate group (R Ia), in which R5 is a divalent, aliphatic, alicyclic, araliphatic or aromatic C2- to C20-hydrocarbon unit, and R6 is a simple bond or a divalent, aliphatic, alicyclic, araliphatic or aromatic C1- to C20-hydrocarbon unit or a mono or poly- (C2- to C4-alkylene oxide) unit, and R7 is a carbamoyl (c) radical or a biuret group (R Ib), in which one of the radicals R8 is hydrogen and the other radical has the same meaning as R7, or a biuret group (R Ic) in which one of the radicals R9 has the same meaning as R7 and the other has the same meaning as R1, or a thioallophanate group (R Id).
