abstract | The invention relates to a method for treating waste containing metallic contaminants, in the form of metals modified with carbon, oxygen, phosphorus or sulfur. This process consists in: mixing said waste in the pulverulent state with an ionic reducer in an inert liquid medium, the reducer being other than aluminum nitride; bring the mixture to fusion until a first liquid phase and a second metallic phase are obtained, and separate and solidify the two phases with a view to landfilling or temporary storage of the first and recycling of the second . It is used for inerting or recovering waste containing metallic contaminants. |
