titleOfInvention Ink jet printing head with elements made of organosilicic compounds
abstract Ink jet printing heads have one or several elements made of a polymer material produced substantially from or by using at least one compound of formula (I) XaRbSiR'(4-a-b), in which X stands for a hydrolysable group, R stands for optionally substituted alkyl, aryl, alkenyl, alkylaryl or arylalkyl, R' stands for an organic radical with at least one polymerisable group, a = 1 to 3 and b = 0 to 2. Also disclosed is a process for producing printing heads and the use of a polymer material for that purpose.
