abstract | Sulfur-containing heterocyclic bradykinin antagonists, process for their preparation, and their use Compounds of the formula I (see fig. I) in which one of the radicals X1, X2 or X3 is C-O-R2 and the other X1, X2, and X3, in each case, and X4, are then, identically or differently, N or CR1; R1 and R3 are, identically or differently, H, halogen, (C1-C6)-alkyl, O-R6, S-R6, NHR6, (C6-C12)-aryl, (C6-C12)-aryl-(C1-C3)-alkyl, C(O)-OR6, C(O)-H, (C2-C5)-alkenyl, NO2, SO3R7, CN or C(O)-NHR8, where alkyl, aryl and alkenyl can optionally be substituted; R2 is a compound of the formula (II) (see fig. II) R4 and R5 are, identically or differently, H, halogen, OR6, SR6, CN or (C1-C5)-alkyl; R6, R7 and R3 are, identically or differently, H, (C1-C5)-alkyl, (C3-C5)-alkenyl, (C6-C12)-aryl-(C1-C3)-alkyl, (C3-C10)-cycloalkyl, (C3-C10)-cycloalkyl-(C1-C3)-alkyl, C(O)-(O)0-1-(C1-C5)-alkyl or C(O)-(NH)0-1-(C1-C5)-alkyl; A is an aminocarboxylic acid; R9 is H, C(O)-(O)0-1-(C1-C5)-alkyl or C(O)-(O)0-1-(C1-C3)-alkyl-(C6-C10)aryl; R10 is -C(O)-D-E, -C(S)-D-E, -SO2-D-E or hydrogen; D is (C2-C5)-alkenediyl.
