abstract |
If the R-enantiomer of metalaxyl, furalaxyl or benalaxyl is used, this resul ts in a markedly increased biodegradability of these plant fungicides in the so il and a higher activity on the plants, as compared with the data of the racemi c active ingredients. Fungicidal compositions exhibiting said improved properties comprise either of these fungicides with a content of R-enantiome r of more than 70 per cent by weight based on the total amount of active ingredient. |
