Compounds of general formula (1) are described, (see formula 1) wherein L is (1) -CH=C(R1)(R2) or -CH2CH(R1)(R2) where R1 and R2 are linked together with the carbon atom to which they are attached to form a cyclobutyl, cyclopentyl or cyclohexyl group; (2) -OCH2Ar where Ar is a C6-12 monocyclic or bicyclic aryl group; or (3) OR' where R' is a C6-10 polycycloalkyl group, a C6-12 monocyclic or bicyclic aryl group or a 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl group having 1-4 heteroatoms selected from O, S and N; and R is pyridyl; and salts, hydrates and N-oxides thereof. |
