Fluorocyclopropane derivatives of the formula (I) (I) are obtained in a particularly advantageous manner and with a high proportion ofcis isomers (F and A are in the cis-position to one another) if linear fluolupropane derivatives of the formula (II) (II), are reacted with a base in anhydrous medium. In the formulae (I) and (II), X andY independently of one another denote chlorine, bromine or iodine and A denotes CN, CO2R or CONR'2. |
