| abstract | The invention relates to a new material processing method. keratin, in particular the hair, in order to obtain a deformation permanent of the latter, especially in the form of hair permed, said process being characterized in that it comprises the steps following: (i) a so-called composition is applied to the keratin material to be treated "acid composition" containing at least one carboxylic acid and / or one of its associated salts, the pH of said composition being between 2.5 and 7, (ii) rinse the keratin material thus treated, (iii) apply to the keratin material thus treated a reducing composition containing at least one thiol, the means necessary for tensioning the keratinous material being implemented before, during, or after said application of the reducing composition or before said application of the acid composition, (iv) then the keratin material is rinsed thus treated, (v) a keratinous material thus rinsed is applied oxidizing composition, (vi) and finally the keratin material is rinsed again as well treated, the keratinous material being separated from the tensioning means mentioned in step (iii) directly before or after rinsing according to step (vi). |
