abstract |
The subject of the present invention is a method of manufacture of a supercapacitor electrode containing the oxide of a metal and a carbonaceous material, characterized by the fact that it involves the following steps: - from a salt of said metal dissolved in a solution aqueous of a strong base, the hydroxide of said hydroxide is precipitated metal in gel form by addition of an alcohol, said hydroxide precipitate of said metal is washed and dried, - activated carbon is added to said hydroxide precipitate of said metal to constitute a first mixture, - said first mixture is heat treated in order to transform the hydroxide into oxide and we obtain a mixture metal oxide and activated carbon which is the material active electrode, - to said active material is added a binder to form a paste which is put in the form of an electrode. |
