To provide an agent for preventing, curing or ameliorating organopathy attributed to reperfusion, ischemia or blood flow disorder in the organs such as liver, kidneys, heart, lungs, pancreas, blood vessels and small intestine, especially, those caused by transplantation and preservation of the organ and by blood reperfusion after transplantation and those occurring after surgical operation. An agent for preventing, curing or ameliorating organopathy of, for example, the liver, kidneys, heart, lungs, pancreas, blood vessels or small intestine, attributed to reperfusion, ischemia or blood flow disorder, comprising as an active ingredient a glycerol derivative represented by the following general formula or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof: |
