abstract | The present invention relates to hydroxycar-bonylation of butadiene and / or its derivatives, to acids pentenoics, by reaction with carbon monoxide and the water. More precisely it consists of a process hydroxycarbonylation of butadiene and its derivatives, by carbon monoxide and water at higher pressure at atmospheric pressure and in the presence of a catalyst with palladium soluble in the reaction medium, characterized in that one operates in the presence of chloride crotyle, at a rate of at least two moles per mole of palladium; palladium is found as a complex pi-crotyl; water present in the reaction medium represents an amount less than or equal to 20% by weight based on the weight of the reaction mixture. Acids pentenoids lead by acid hydroxycarbonylation adipic which is one of the basic compounds of the preparation of polyamides 6-6. |
