Supplementary nourishment prepared in steps: (a) preparing an aqueous substrate containing vegetable protein and vegetable lipid; (b) adding thereto lipase, proteinase and/or amylase; and (c) fermenting the aqueous substrate. Koji such as malted rice or malt can replace said lipase, proteinase and/or amylase. The fermented products improve immunity and can promote health. |
