Aqueously developable, negative-acting, electrophorstically depositable and photocurable coating agent and also its use for producing conductor tracks Abstract of the disclosure The present invention relates to an aqueously developable, negative-working, electrophoretically depositable and photocurable coating agent which contains A) 35 to 85 % by weight of at least one ethylenically unsaturated polymer, B) 0 to 60 % by weight of at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer, C) 1 to 10 % by weight of photoinitiator, D) 0 to 10 % by weight of auxiliaries and additives, and E) possibly an organic solvent dispersed in water, the sum of the proportions by weight of the components A, B, C and 1) always being 100 % by weight, wherein the polymer A has a double-bond equival-ent of 1,500 to 10,000, and also a content of anion- or cation-forming groups of 0.5 to 5.0 milliequivalents/g and is based on a branched acrylate copolymer in whose preparation 5 to 30 % by weight, based on the weight of the monomer used, of at least one monomer containing at least two ethylenically unsaturated, polymerizable double bonds per molecule and having a number-average molecular weight of <400 were used. |
