abstract |
Abstract The present invention provides a structure of a polyacetal resin composition which further comprises a polyolefin resin to form a dispersion of an interpenetrating network structure so as to achieve excellent acid resistance, fusibility with the polyolefin resin and mechanical properties. In the melt-kneading of the polyacetal resin A as the matrix with the polyolefin resin B, a filler C having a surface tension which is at least higher than that of the component B at the melt-kneading temperature and an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 50 µm is melt-kneaded in an amount satisfying the following formulae (1) and (2): B/(A+B) = 0.05 to 0.5 (weight ratio) (1) C/(B+C) = 0.1 to 0.7 (weight ratio) (2). |
