abstract | 2067743 9105779 PCTABS00105 These functional thiuram disulfides are represented by the formula (Ia) or (Ib) or (Ic); A = alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, alkylaryl, polyoxyalkylene or polyester block; D, G = alkylene, cycloalkylene, arylene, alkylarylene or arylalkylene, may include at least one heteroatom; E = (1) or JK, J = CR8R9O, (2) and (3), K = single bond or, in the case of compounds (Ia), J = O and K = (4) or (5); R1 to R3, R8, R9 = H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, alkylaryl or arylalkyl; R4 to R7 = H or alkyl, and a, b = integer from 1 to 3. The invention relates also on vinyl and diene oligomers and polymers which are useful for making block copolymers by condensation of their epoxy terminal functions with at least one other oligomer or functional polymer. |
