titleOfInvention Water quality tester
abstract It is an object of the present invention to provide a water quality tester of simple construction capable of easily carrying out calibration of a plurality of measuring sensors including a dissolved oxygen-measuring sensor. When the measuring sensors are immersed in a standard solution within a calibration container, all measuring sensors are simultaneously calibrated by isolating the dissolved oxygen-measuring sensor outside of the calibration container by means of a partition wall portion formed in the calibration container. The other measuring sensors are immersed in the standard solution within the calibration container, and air is used as the standard gas for calibration of the dissolved oxygen-measuring sensor. In addition, the sensing portion of the dissolved oxygen-measuring sensor can be arranged at a position closer to the sensor member body as compared with the sensing portions of the other measuring sensors and the heights of the measuring sensors are regulated so that the sensing portion of the dissolved oxygen-measuring sensor is not immersed in the standard solution. The sensing portions of other measuring sensors are immersed in the standard solution during the calibration to expose just the dissolved oxygen-measuring sensor to the air.
