Method of calibrating enzyme immuno assay systems |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a method of calibrating an enzyme immuno assay system. A calibration curve is prepared by the use of standard samples having known concentrations, each one of the standard samples being measured by two optical detectors. Conversion values of the outputs from the two optical detectors are determined from the resulting measured values, and the calibration curve is corrected on the basis of the conversion values of the outputs to establish a single new continuous calibration curve. In this way, target materials in blood or the like can be measured with accuracy over large ranges of concentrations. |
