abstract ABSTRACT In order to reduce deterioration due to heat or light of the color or luster of PVC mouldings, particularly soft, surface textured mouldings formed by powder moulding, a PVC composition utilized to form the mouldings incorporates 0.01% to 5% by weight of a hindered amine light stabilizer having the formula in which R1, R2, R3 and R4 are each a lower alkyl group and R5 is an alkylene or terminal acetyl group.
