abstract Said company: ERMONT CM Method and device for measuring the binder content bituminous coated materials produced in a coating plant SUMMARY OF THE TECHNICAL CONTENT OF THE INVENTION The coating plant includes a provision mixing sitive (1) in which aggregates (4) in continuous circulation are mixed with a butu- binder miners introduced at an injection point (7). We measure re the weight P of a quantity of coated materials (8) defined, we measure the weight quantity 8 of bitumen mixed with aggregates (8) to produce the quantity defined by weight P and we calculate the ratio B / (P - B) x 100 representing the weight percentage of binder bituminous. The travel time T1 of the materials between the injection point (7) and the inlet of the receiving hopper (12), the weight is determined P by direct weighing of the loading hopper (11) at two defined times and we measure the weight B of binder bituminous mixed with aggregates (4) over time of charge P, taking into account the travel time T1 of the materials (B).
