abstract | SHORT Compounds of general formula (I): (I) in which : R1 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group inferior, R2 represents: ? a lower alkyl radical optionally substituted by: - one or more halogen atoms, - an aryl or heteroaryl group, ? an aryl group optionally substituted with: - one or more halogen atoms, - one or more lower alkyl groups optionally substituted by one or more atoms halogen, - one or more lower alkoxy groups, ? a 2-thienyl group, optionally substituted by a or more linear lower alkyl groups or branched, ? a furyl-2 group, optionally substituted by one or several linear lower alkyl groups or branched, ? a pyrrolyl-2 group, optionally substituted by a or more linear lower alkyl groups or branched. X represents a hydrogen atom, Y one represents a hydrogen atom, or a hydroxyl group, or, X and Y together represent an oxygen atom, at the condi-tion that in this case R2 does not represent a lower alkyl group unsubstituted the lower term indicating that the groups thus qualified have 1 to 6 carbon atoms, their enantiomers, di-stereoisomers and epimers. Process for the preparation of these compounds, and the pharmaceutical compositions containing them. These compounds are endowed with analgesic activity devoid of anti-inflammatory activity. These compounds do not act on the mediators of inflammation and have no side effects, the best known of which are attack of the gastric mucosa with the possibility of ulcers and inhibition of platelet aggregation with disorders of coagulation. |
