abstract METALLIFEROUS OBJECTS DETECTOR ABSTRACT The detector of the invention comprises two driving loops mounted at an angle to one another and rigidly tied to receiving loops connected to a balancer, differential amplifier and to the data inputs of electric signal compensators. The detector is equipped with a switch, providing alternate con-nection of a generator to one driving loop and to the control input of one compensator and the output thereof to the input of an amplifier, and then to the other driving loop and to the control input of the other compensator and its output to the input of the other amplifier. The amplifiers are connected to data processors, recorders, an OR gate, and a signalling unit.
