titleOfInvention Process for separating glycosaminoglycane sulfates
abstract SHORT Process for the separation of sulfated glycosaminoglycans The present invention relates to a method for purifying natural or synthetic polymers in solution, water-soluble or soluble in hydro-alcoholic medium and containing sulphate groups, characterized in that it consists essentially, on the one hand, of a precipitation selective in which the sulfated polymers to be purified are complexed into acid medium with an insoluble polyamine at a pH above 7 and, on the other part, after isolation of the complex thus formed, in a gradual release of the sulfated polymers.
