titleOfInvention | Boring device, particularly for accurate boring |
abstract | Boring device, particularly for accurate boring Abstract of the disclosure Boring device, particularly for accurate boring where the adjustment of the bored diameter is accomplished by an adjustment screw with two threads of different pitch, whereby the raw adjustment is accomplished by one thread, the fine adjustment due to the difference of pitches of both threads of the adjutmant screw. Background of the invention The invention relates to a boring device, particularly suitable for accurate boring comprising a body with a trans-versely slidable slide supporting a cutting tool, said sli-de connected with the body by a guiding, the bored diame-ter being adjusted by an adjustment screw. The practical application of a similar device requi-res an adjustment of the bored diameter both quickly and roughly and also finely and accurately. Similar known solutions usually use two adjustment systems, one for a quick adjustment, the other for the fine adjustment For the rough adjustment a system is generally used, which adjusts the position of a slide. For the fine adjust-ment a system is applied where the position of the proper cutting tool is changed. Summary of the invention It is object of this invention to provide a boring device of simple desigm securing a quick and accurate ad-justment of the bored diameter. |
