ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An improved solid assay support system is prepared by entrapping or immobilizing bioaffinity agent-coated particles on a porous, absorbent flat sheet material which has a protein non-adsorptive polyurethane polymeric coating thereon. The support system is useful in many diagnostic or other analytical assays, including those of the half-sandwich, full sandwich, antibody capture, competitive or non-competitive type or types. |
