The novel compounds of the general formula (see formula I) wherein R1 and R2 each independently represent lower-alkyl; or together represent alkylene with 3-5 C-atoms in a straight chain; one of the residues R3 and R4 signifies hydrogen and the other signifies hydrogen or lower-alkyl; R6 and R7 signify hydrogen or lower-alkyl; R5 and R8 signify hydrogen, lower-alkyl, lower-alkoxy or halogen; X signifies -O-, -S-. -SO-, -SO2- or -NR9; R9 signifies hydrogen, lower-alkyl or acyl; Y signifies -S(O)m R10 or -NHet and, where X is -NR9-, -S-, -SO- or -SO2-, also -N(R11) or -OR12; R10 signifies lower-alkyl; R11 and R12 signify hydrogen, lower-alkyl or acyl; -NHet signifies a 5-8 membered, saturated or unsaturated, monocyclic heterocycle attached via a N-atom; n signifies 2, 3 or 4 and m signifies O, 1 or 2, can be used as active substances for the treatment of disorders such as neoplasms, dermatoses or ageing of the skin. |
