An aqueous solution containing fat-soluble vitamin K is disclosed which is prepared by adding vegetable oil, glycerol fatty acid ester or sorbitan fatty acid ester as a stabilizer in an amount of from 0.02 to 1.5% by weight, based on the overall aqueous solution, to an aqueous solution containing menatetrenone (vitamin K2) or phytonadione (vitamin K1) and hydrogenated lecithin. The solution exhibits improved stability. |
