Acid 4- (5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-5,5,8,8-tetramethyl-2-anthracenyl) benzoic tritium labeled; its preparation and its use in particular as a radioactive marker in the assay of nuclear receptors and CRABP, measuring the affinity of retinoids for nuclear receptors and CRABP, the assay known retinoids, characterization of directed antibodies against this compound, and to study the distribution and the metabolism of this compound.
