titleOfInvention | Process for processing an anti-bacterial composition and processed anti-bacterial composition |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for conditioning an anti-bacterial composition in order to prevent its degradation during prolonged storage. It also relates to the anti-bacterial composition packaged according to this process. This composition contains an intimate mixture of lactoperoxidase, thiocyanate and a native oxygen donor, which may be a peroxide or an oxidative enzyme system. According to the invention, the peroxide or one of the components of the oxidizing enzymatic system used in the form of granules is physically isolated from the rest of the composition by means of a layer of a water-soluble or permeable material in an aqueous medium. |
