abstract PRECISION OF DISCLOSURE: The invention relates to the field of propulsion aerobic. According to the present invention, the composition solid self-pyrolyzable, for aerobic propulsion, producing reducing gases during its autopyrolysis, is essentially constituted by an oxidant, a binder and a crosslinking agent, and is characterized in that the oxidant is a nitro explosive substance whose proportion by weight of fixed oxygen atoms to atoms nitrogen of the nitrated groups is greater than 40% by relative to the total weight of the molecule, in that the binder is a polyalkadiene with functional endings reactive towards the crosslinking agent, and in this that the mass oxidizer rate is equal to or greater than minimum level of oxidant necessary for self-pyrolysis of the composition, and less than 40% relative to to the total mass of the oxidant, the binder and the agent crosslinking. The above composition may in particular used in stator-reactors.
