abstract ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This invention discloses an apparatus for the recovery, storage and supply of hydrogen isotopes containing tritium gas. The active metal bed provides a means to recover tritium and is characterized by contacting the gas to the the active metal through a filter while preventing the scattering of the active metal powder. Thus, a large hydrogen absorption velocity is obtained and a decreased pressure loss occurs. This invention provides much improved efficiency over the prior art.
