abstract | PRECISION OF DISCLOSURE Catalytic process for the manufacture of acid fluoride from carbon monoxide, hydrogen fluoride and a stream of hydrocarbons aliphatics mainly comprising an alkane comprising 3 to 4 atoms carbon, mainly comprising alkane comprising 3 to 4 atoms of carbon, comprising the succession of the following stages: (a) introduction of at least one fluid chosen from carbon monoxide and said flow of hydrocarbons in a reactor in the presence of a ca-superacid catalyst consisting essentially of hydrogen fluoride and antimony pentafluoride, (b) if applicable, if it has not already been introduced during step (a), introduction into the reactor of a fluid chosen from carbon monoxide carbon and said stream of hydrocarbons, the reactor being subjected to a temperature at most equal to 60 ° C. so as to form primarily a complex constitutes the alkyloxocarbonium cation and the SbF6 anion, (c) conversion of said complex into acid fluoride, (d) separation of the acid fluoride, and (e) recovery of the superacid catalytic system.
