titleOfInvention | Method and device for detecting the temperature to which a solid, a gas or a liquid may have been subjected |
abstract | Abridged The device includes a transparent tube in which can freely slide a piece at the ends from which two small magnetic masses are placed. The tube, closed at both ends, forms a tight reservoir, in which is placed a phase change material which is either in the liquid state or in the solid state, depending on the temperature to which it is worn. At one end of the tube is fitted with a cap containing a removable magnet. A fixed magnet is placed at the other end of the tube. The part being initially placed on the side of the cap 12, the material is solidified, then the removable magnet is removed. In if the material melting temperature is exceeded, the part, attracted by the magnet, moves towards the end corresponding tube, making visible a colored ring. |
