SPECIFIC The invention relates to novel amino-2, nitro-4, hydroxyalkyl-6 anilines of general formula (I): (I) in which X denotes a branched or unbranched alkylene radical, containing 2 to 6 carbon atoms, which may be one substituted by one or more radicals hydroxyl; R1 and R2 independently denote one on the other a hydrogen atom, an alkyl radical, mono- or polyhydroxyalkyl or aminoalkyl whose amine function can be optionally substituted by an alkyl or mono- radical or polyhydroxyalkyl, the nitrogen atom can also make part of a heterocycle, the alkyl radicals containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and R 'denotes a hydrogen atom or a alkyl radical containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, as well as their cosmetically acceptable salts. Compounds according to the invention are useful in dyeing keratin fibers, and more particularly human hair. |
