ABSTRACT A human monoclonal antibody producing hybridoma cell lines is formed by fusing a human myeloma cell line, a mouse myeloma cell line, or human lymphoblastoid cell line, with human lymphocytes from individuals having malignant melanoma. These human monoclonal antibodies are useful in diagnosis of diseases associated with cancers. |
