titleOfInvention | Organometallic complexes of estrogens and use for the assay of hormone receptors |
abstract | ABSTRACT DESCRIPTION The present invention relates to a method for the detection of hormone receptors comprising: (1) bringing together samples carrying receptors specific with an estrogen complex, characterized in that it consists of an estrogen or a derivative estrogen complexed with an organometallic compound comprising at least one free carbonyl ligand, said estrogen complex with at least one radical free hydroxy and no free phenolic hydroxy radical in .alpha. the organometallic compound binding site; and (2) the detection of said compound attached to its receptor by spectography by their neighboring frequency band swims from 1860 to 2000 cm-1. |
