PRECISION OF DISCLOSURE: The invention relates to a treatment method. a new or regenerated catalyst containing a support for base of at least one oxide of a metal or a metalloid and at least one active metal, produced in the absence of hydrogen and consisting in treating said catalyst "ex situ", outside the reaction zone, using at least one sulfurizing agent used in solution in a solvent, said agent having the formula: R - S (n) -R ' where n is an integer from 3 to 20 and where the radicals R and R ', identical or different, each represent a organic radical containing 1 to 150 carbon atoms per molecule, these radicals being chosen from the group consisting of killed by alkyl radicals, saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched, or naphthenic type, aryl radicals, alkylaryl radicals and arylalkyl radicals, R ' can also represent the hydrogen atom. This method has the advantage of significantly limiting the industrial infrastructure demanded by technology of the prior art. |
