titleOfInvention Radioaerosol delivery apparatus
abstract ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A radioaerosol delivery apparatus particularly adapted for the subsequent disposal of radioactively contaminated elements is described. The apparatus supports a radioaerosol generating source and is adapted to provide fluid communication between the source and a patient. Shielding substantially surrounds the generating source to reduce the amount of radiation transmitted to the surroundings. This apparatus provides a compact and practical arrangement for delivering such aerosols to a patient.
