Abstract: A process for the preparation of a palpated which contains the aminoacid sequence of the proinsulin of primates, in which process the genetic information for the biosynthesis of the said polypeptide is obtained using mRNA of primates, the cDNA is prepared from the said mRNA, the said cDNA is introduced into a plasmid, microorganisms are transformed with the resulting hybrid plasmid, and the microorganisms producing the polypeptide are obtained by means of selection and culturing. |
