titleOfInvention | Electrolyte used in a lithium - thionyl chloride electro-chemical generator; process for preparing this electrolyte and generator containing it |
abstract | PRECISION OF DISCLOSURE: The present invention relates to an electrolyte for lithium-chloride electrochemical generator thionyle, a process for the preparation of this electrolyte and a generator comprising this electrolyte. The electrolyte for electrochemical generator, whose active ingredient negative consists of lithium, the active ingredient positive by thionyl chloride, includes at least a solvent and at least one solute, this solvent being the thionyl chloride and this solute being chosen from the group of lithium tetrachloroaluminate and hexa-lithium chloroantimonate. According to the invention, the electro-lyte further comprises a complex selected from the group of AlCl3, SO2 and SbCl5, SO2. Generators with such electrolyte exhibit voltage rise times practically zero. |
