titleOfInvention | Automatic velocity and position controller for a film processor |
abstract | ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An automatic controller for a film processor is characterized by a motor energy signal generator which is responsive to both a position error signal and to a velocity error signal. The motor energy signal is periodically applied to a drive motor for the processor to modify the portion of the available energy transmitted from a source to the motor to restore the actual film position to within a pre-determined range of an ideal film position and to restore the actual velocity of the film to within a predetermined range of an ideal film velocity. |
